Job Summary:

The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the commercial team in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects for clients.

This position will also oversee regional Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) duties based on corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the branding team to plan and execute campaigns targeting critical accounts across the Oceania region.
  • Deliver tailored content, digital experiences, and outreach that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Experiment with various channels, including outbound, content, and events, to drive pipeline and conversion.

ESG Responsibilities:

  • Manage ESG data platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Integrate climate-related risk and opportunity analysis into business planning and budgeting processes.
  • Benchmark performance and engage with industry peers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights to support policy responses and regulatory engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials, signage journeys, developing, and executing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, with passion for the job.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to define, track, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), respect project timing, and milestones.
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
