Marketing Role Overview

This is a 12 month fixed term marketing contract. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing diverse marketing campaigns across Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for nominated portfolios, including digital marketing, collateral, advertising, signage, customer proposals, and event coordination.
  • Track and communicate results of campaigns and leads to property teams and General Manager, Communications. Continuously review campaigns to improve effectiveness, lead generation, and present ideas for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators: High occupancy rates, effective campaign execution, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in marketing management.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
