
Employee Engagement Professional

- Work with Marketing to ensure internal messaging is aligned to business goals
- Develop and share engaging content, including announcements, competitions and good news stories
- Support the implementation of the new platform in collaboration with the Head of People
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure content across the platform is up to date, timely and engaging
- Provide general support to Regional HR Managers and Head of PeopleRequirements:- Experience within a HR role (HR admin, L&D etc) or Retail is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Self-driven with a flair for creativity, and the passion and confidence to showcase and maximise new ideas
- Tertiary qualification in HR is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively, with flexibility and resilience to adapt as circumstances evolve
- Great organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
