Job Title:

Human Resource Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations group, you will provide day-to-day support across all HR activities, preparing employment agreements, coordinating recruitment, and managing onboarding and offboarding for staff and affiliates.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administration support, including drafting employment contracts, coordinating recruitment, and assisting with performance processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries.
  • Ensure staff are aware of wellbeing initiatives, including EAP support.
  • Support the annual performance process, including KPI setting, mid-year, and end-of-year reviews.
  • Assist in the promotions process.
  • Organise professional development programs and training, such as Lunch N' Learns.
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant workplace in line with our WHS framework.
