
Drive Employee Engagement Projects

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team and drive high-impact Employee Engagement projects across the organization.
- Develop employee engagement frameworks, approaches, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine question sets and design employee experiences.
- Partner with technology providers to implement effective listening technologies.
- SUPport the design, implementation, and delivery of action planning.
- Assess engagement requirements based on business objectives and drivers.
- Deliver key Employee Engagement insights using data analytics.
Requirements:
- A degree in HR, business, or organizational psychology is required.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in Organization Development within a large publicly listed organization or in a consulting environment.
- Prior experience in Employee Engagement is highly desirable, with a proven track record of designing and implementing initiatives.
