Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team and drive high-impact Employee Engagement projects across the organization.

  • Develop employee engagement frameworks, approaches, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine question sets and design employee experiences.
  • Partner with technology providers to implement effective listening technologies.
  • SUPport the design, implementation, and delivery of action planning.
  • Assess engagement requirements based on business objectives and drivers.
  • Deliver key Employee Engagement insights using data analytics.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR, business, or organizational psychology is required.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Organization Development within a large publicly listed organization or in a consulting environment.
  • Prior experience in Employee Engagement is highly desirable, with a proven track record of designing and implementing initiatives.
