Job Description:

As an employee engagement expert, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading high-impact initiatives to drive employee satisfaction across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop frameworks and approaches that foster a positive work environment.

  • Develop and refine employee engagement strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective listening technologies
  • Support the development of action plans to enhance employee experience

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Relevant degree in HR, business, or organizational psychology
  • 2-3 years' experience in organization development within a large publicly listed organization or consulting environment
  • Prior experience in employee engagement is highly desirable

Desirable skills and qualities include:

  • Strong understanding of organizational development methods and best practices
  • Knowledge of data analytics and ability to deliver insights
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels
