Job Title: Employee Engagement and Workforce Coordinator

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to join our team as an Employee Engagement and Workforce Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives across all sites and ensuring our team feels valued, connected, and supported.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Strategies: Create and execute plans to promote employee engagement and well-being, aligned with business and HR goals.
  • Workforce Planning and Scheduling Support: Conduct daily workforce coverage checks, monitor rosters, and identify potential gaps in staffing.
  • HR and Administration Support: Provide generalist administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment coordination, data entry, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role blending engagement, HR operations, and coordination
  • Strong understanding of fast-paced rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning
  • Proficient in HRIS, rostering, survey, and reporting tools
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure
