">About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, capturing, confirming, processing, settling, collateralisation, and reconciliation of executed trades across various asset classes for our clients and regulators. This includes FX, ETO's, Equities (Domestic & International, including IPOs), and MFunds – ensuring all client and market obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The continuous management of risk by monitoring and creating reconciliation reports and submissions; ensuring all exceptions and outstanding obligations are resolved in a timely manner
  2. Facilitating the team's processes and controls providing a cost-effective and efficient service to internal and external clients; positively supporting revenue generation
  3. Liaising with business partners and customers, ensuring that instructions, enquiries and queries are acted on efficiently and effectively, maintaining successful working relationships at all times
  4. Identifying and reporting/escalating any policy breaches to People Leader, monitoring daily activity so that unusual, abnormal or suspicious deals, trades or other business activity are captured
  5. Producing standard dashboard reporting and statistical information in relation to the area of operation for use by senior colleagues or business partners
  6. Demonstrating professional and ethical behavior in actions, ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
  7. Escalating any problems, issues or risks which could potentially have a negative impact on any aspect of business operations, financial position or the level and quality of service provided to customers
About You

Successful candidates possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork. A unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills enables them to build meaningful business relationships and drive results.

In addition, you will have:

  1. FX, Derivatives or Equity securities experience
  2. A broad knowledge of Banking or Financial services' operations, systems and/or regulations
  3. Moderate to advanced Excel skills
  4. Strong Microsoft Office skills
  5. The ability to work at a high level of autonomy
