Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium asset. Your primary focus will be on upholding a standard of best-in-class service delivery, fostering innovation, and strategic planning.

As a Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities including:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related issues and overseeing operational matters.
  • Fostering robust relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Conducting regular tenancy inspections, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate tenant contact records.
  • Supporting tenancy works processes, including approvals and compliance management.
  • Assisting in negotiating and preparing offers and contract documentation.
  • Proactively handling lease and financial obligations to ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Cultivating a safety-focused culture by managing risks and implementing controls.
  • Coordinating emergency procedures and safety plans for tenants collaboratively.
  • Providing valuable insights for portfolio reviews, contributing to business improvement initiatives, and suggesting system enhancements.
  • Offering general portfolio and organizational support as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Completion of an agent's representative certificate or license.
  • A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, project/asset management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years or more of experience in business, property/leasing/asset management, or operations, providing a valuable advantage.
  • The ability to cultivate long-term relationships and negotiate successful outcomes in a tenant-facing property leasing role.
  • Knowledge of property law, valuation, contract law, and property practices and principles.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders, particularly on sensitive and commercial issues.
