We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of assets within our portfolios.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with our Asset Manager, Operations team, and other stakeholders to onboard new partners and align asset management strategies with organizational goals.

  • Provide leadership in the development and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and asset management systems.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programmes.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Recommend improvements for operational performance and project manage their implementation with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Engineering or a related field, as well as a track record in a similar role ideally in demanding and complex environments.
  • You will also need advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting.
  • A strong customer relation focus with total commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
  • Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision, with exceptional attention to detail.
