Data Analytics Lead

Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a high-performance team, driving profitable growth and maintaining customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Be a hands-on mentor with high levels of energy, passion, creativity, and enthusiasm, ensuring solution delight and adoption for our customers.
- Drive pre-sales and bookings growth for the practice, working with sales teams to identify and develop innovative solution capabilities, IP, and service offerings.
- Lead staffing and capacity planning to ensure the right capacity and capability, developing product, industry, and soft skills across your team, coaching, handling, and developing your team.
- Ensure Solution Governance for projects where your solution pillars are being implemented, empowering and developing a team of highly skilled Consulting professionals.
- Drive employee delight to attract and retain a committed team, maintaining a personal billable utilization, and running IP harvesting and reuse across projects for your solution pillar.
- Measure and assess group goals and performance against specific outcomes, advising and ensuring the implementation of operational policies within the team.
- Establish strong, enduring, and collaborative relationships with Customers and other Oracle LOBs, building customer and partner relationships to ensure excellence in service delivery and solution delight.
- Anticipate opportunities for improvement, and/or handle escalations for solution and capability issues to achieve positive outcomes and influence policy/practice to streamline engagements.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the OC ANZ Applications & Technology Practice.
- Proven experience (10+ years) relevant to the position, including 3+ years of Consulting management experience.
- Direct line management experience including project, people, and customer.
- Senior-level Customer-facing skills to represent Oracle and drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, and risk mitigation.
- Able to articulate solutions with respect to the business requirements of the customer.
- Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team, including management of key consulting KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work within a dynamic and complex environment.
- Able to network and develop strong business relationships.
- Expertise in at least two of the Solution Pillars (Oracle technologies) you are responsible for, including Digital Experience, CX Tech, Analytics, Reporting, and OCI AI/ML.
- Experience on PaaS architecture and design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
