Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a high-performance team to drive profitable growth and quality consulting delivery.
  • Be a hands-on mentor with high levels of energy, passion, creativity, and enthusiasm to ensure solution delight and adoption for our customers.
  • Drive pre-sales and bookings growth for the practice, working with sales teams to lead staffing and capacity planning.
  • Ensure Solution Governance for projects where your solution pillars are being implemented, empowering and developing a team of highly skilled Consulting professionals.
  • Maintain a personal billable utilization and run IP harvesting and reuse across projects for your solution pillar.
  • Measure and assess group goals and performance against specific outcomes, advising and ensuring the implementation of operational policies within the team.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience (10+ years) relevant to the position, including 3+ years of Consulting management experience.
  • Direct line management experience, including project, people, and customer management.
  • Senior-level Customer facing skills to represent Oracle and drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Expertise in at least two of the Solution Pillars (Oracle technologies) you are responsible for, including Digital Experience, CX Tech, Analytics, and Reporting.
