Job Description:

As a key member of our Oracle Consulting team, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic direction of our Applications & Technology Practice. Your expertise in digital experience, CX tech, analytics, and reporting will enable you to develop and lead high-performing teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive pre-sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a high-performance team to deliver quality consulting services and maintain customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Be a hands-on mentor with high levels of energy, passion, creativity, and enthusiasm to ensure solution delight and adoption for our customers.
  • Drive pre-sales and bookings growth for the practice, working with sales teams to identify and develop innovative solution capabilities, IP, and service offerings.
  • Lead staffing and capacity planning to ensure the right capacity and capability and utilization, developing product, industry, and soft skills across your team.
  • Ensure Solution Governance for projects where your solution pillars are being implemented.
  • Empower and develop a team of highly skilled Consulting professionals to be highly proficient, fully certified in the appropriate Oracle Applications/Technology stack, driving high performance and individual career growth.
  • Drive employee delight to attract and retain a committed team.
  • Maintain a personal billable utilization.
  • Run IP harvesting and reuse across projects for your solution pillar.
  • Measure and assess group goals and performance against specific outcomes.
  • Advise and ensure the implementation of operational policies within the team.
  • Establish strong, enduring, and collaborative relationships with Customers and other Oracle LOB's.
  • Build customer and partner relationships to ensure excellence in service delivery and solution delight.
  • Anticipate opportunities for improvement, and/or handle escalations for solution and capability issues to achieve positive outcomes and influence policy/practice to streamline engagements.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the OC ANZ Applications & Technology Practice.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) relevant to the position, including 3+ years of Consulting management experience.
  • Direct line management experience including project, people, and customer.
  • Senior-level Customer facing skills to represent Oracle and drive discussions regarding solution benefits, alignment, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Able to articulate solutions with respect to the business requirements of the customer.
  • Experience in establishing and effectively leading a delivery team including management of key consulting KPI's.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work within a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Able to network and develop strong business relationships.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Expertise in at least two of the Solution Pillars (Oracle technologies) you are responsible for including Digital Experience, CX Tech, Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Experience on PaaS architecture and design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
