Business Partner for HR Support

Key Highlights:

  • Deliver comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to effectively address HR/IR/ER matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare insightful HR reports and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and deliver training programs for hiring managers and project managers to enhance their HR capabilities.

About the Role:

In this full-time position, based at our head office in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separation.
  • Addressing HR/IR/ER matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Preparing insightful HR reports and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Designing and delivering training programs for hiring managers and project managers to enhance their HR capabilities.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or an equivalent relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a background in mining or construction industry highly advantageous.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
