Organisational Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Expert to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and culture.

About the Role

The Executive Manager Organisational Development is a key position within our organisation, responsible for providing strategic oversight of critical functions including Human Resources, Workplace Health and Safety, Communications, Information Management, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). This role will drive innovation and continuous improvement across these areas.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead corporate planning and optimise systems through data-driven insights.
  • Champion change initiatives, design performance systems, and guide KPI development.
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and foster a values-based culture.
  • Deliver impactful training programs and evolve leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee WHS compliance and continuous safety improvement.
  • Lead ICT transformation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop integrated strategies, manage branding, and represent the organisation at key events.
  • Manage budgets, support governance, and build strong internal and external partnerships.
