As a Field Clinical Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Specialist team.

The role requires close collaboration with Territory Managers and other commercial leaders to ensure effective and efficient clinical case coverage across the region based upon the clinical customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support including basic trouble-shooting, and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias
  • Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists and Nurses
  • Support Boston Scientific team members on cases face to face (or remotely) and providing support where required on training / advice to clinical team members on clinical attributes / techniques associated with electrophysiology products
People Development:
  • Responsible for supporting a high performing team and facilitating a positive winning spirit and collaborative culture
  • Identifying and attracting Clinical Specialists and supporting their onboarding into the team and organisation
  • Proactively applying own technical knowledge and experience to coach team members in the field and providing constructive feedback, identifying training needs to support and achieve individual and business goals as well as development objectives
Clinical Excellence:
  • Be a subject matter expert in product portfolio and can differentiate each product line against competitor products
  • Continual development and maintenance of clinical knowledge through published literature, conference addresses and local clinical expertise
  • Shares clinical and technical experiences in a way that motivates others and teaches applicable skills
