Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Psychologist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical delivery within the trial, implementing therapy across all conditions, including staff training, readiness, fidelity, supervision, and reporting to study committees.
  • Deliver high-quality psychological therapy under trial conditions, ensuring adherence to ethical and research standards while maintaining participant safety, engagement, and treatment integrity.
  • Supervise and support clinicians, guiding them in delivering patient-centred care according to protocol, ensuring consistent evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate closely with research and clinical teams, contributing clinical insights to inform decision-making, discussing progress and risk in supervision meetings, and supporting therapeutic delivery alignment with research objectives.
  • Oversee data collection and management, ensuring accurate documentation of sessions, compliance with data protection regulations, and high-quality data for trial outcomes.
  • Contribute to innovation and impact by testing and refining personalised treatment packages for eating disorders, shaping evidence-based care through translational research.
Requirements
