Lead Anaesthetist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Anaesthetist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative anaesthetist to take on a leadership role within our department. As a Lead Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical services to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical governance and safety
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and improvement in patient care and service delivery
  • Contribute to teaching and supervision of junior medical staff
Requirements:
  • Specialist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge in anaesthetics and experience in leadership and management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
