Leadership Opportunity: Regional Performance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our regional operations, driving performance excellence and strategic growth across our Southern territory.

About the Role:
  • Oversee operational performance with complete accountability for the region's P&L, ensuring optimal resource allocation and revenue maximization.
  • Foster regional sales expansion, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance market share through targeted initiatives and collaboration.
  • Promote safety excellence and operational discipline across all branches, setting a high standard for performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Bolster and empower high-performing teams, identifying and developing future leaders to drive long-term success.
Your Background:
  • Demonstrated track record of sales and/or operational leadership experience in large or multi-site environments, preferably within steel, industrial distribution, building, or warehousing/supply chain/logistics sectors.
  • Solid P&L ownership with strong commercial acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to lead large and/or multi-site teams through periods of change, growth, and complexity, navigating challenges with strategic thinking and tactful communication.
