Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead and grow the Australian operations, with a core focus on data center consultancy and project delivery .
This strategic leadership role encompasses business development, client engagement, team management, and project oversight across the region.
Key Responsibilities Lead regional consulting operations in Australia, focusing on data center design, engineering, and commissioning.
Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Australian market, including client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Leverage a strong network in the data center industry to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Oversee the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client expectations.
Build and manage a high-performing local team of consultants and engineers.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and technical excellence.
Provide market intelligence and contribute to regional business planning.
Requirements 15+ years of experience in data center consulting, engineering, or project management.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
Strong network within the Australian data center ecosystem, including developers, operators, consultants, and contractors.
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
Deep understanding of critical systems (power, cooling, connectivity) and commissioning processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a regional business unit.
