Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Point Wilson facility.

Your Role:

  • Manage daily site operations to ensure rigorous safety and security standards
  • Lead a dedicated team to ensure effective resource allocation and operational success
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, government agencies and service providers
  • Oversee and maintain security, quality, safety and environmental compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Business (Logistics Management) or equivalent
  • Strong background in logistics and multi-mode transport operations
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams with sound business and personnel management abilities
