The Opportunity:

">We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee our port warehousing and logistics operations. This role involves ensuring efficient operational storage and dispatch capacity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture.

Key Responsibilities:

">? Align operations with the organisational vision
? Drive continuous improvement initiatives
? Manage risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture
? Lead innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network?

Requirements:

">? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
? 2 - 4 years of project management and related experience
? Strong accountability and delegation skills
? Economic understanding to drive cost-effective decisions
? Building and nurturing effective relationships
? Continuous learning mindset
? Knowledge of engineering principles relevant to bulk handling and storage
? Project management experience
? Understanding of legal and regulatory matters in operations?
