**Job Overview:**

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff through effective communication and coaching.
  • Analyse workflow performance and delivery standards against operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity.
