As an Investment Compliance Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing client engagements, overseeing report deliveries, and promoting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, including queries, change requests, onboarding projects, and RFP initiatives
  • Provide governance oversight of reporting deliveries in accordance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of post-trade investment monitoring services by coding investment rules in line with investment guidelines, investigating breaches, and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Product and Business leads to launch new services for investment compliance reporting and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) products
  • Represent our region globally in product and operational engagements, including client workshops and industry changes
  • Lead regional and global projects from design to execution, including system/vendor migrations, testing, and implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Fund Services/Asset management operations or a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business
  • Prior experience in ex-post investment compliance monitoring, with the ability to interpret investment guidelines and explain identified breaches soundly
  • Excellent financial instrument and market knowledge, specifically for the ANZ market
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge in managing complex business processes, system changes, and client builds

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in ESG reporting and familiarity with regulatory trends
  • Strong control/risk mindset, with good knowledge of operational controls, processes, and requirements
