The role of an Equity Post Trade Operations Specialist involves working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment as the first point of contact for Equity settlement, corporate actions, and ongoing support within the operations business. This role provides exposure to the operational environment and processing behind the clearing and settlement of exchange-traded Equity products within the Australian market.
This position requires providing superior customer service to clients globally, aligning with our strong regulatory focus. As a key contributor, you will participate in projects to operationalize new products, systems, or changes that impact the Australian financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and operating the ASX's clearing and settlement system for Equity products CHESS.
- Engaging and servicing diverse stakeholders.
- Resolving and responding to issues and queries.
