Post-Trade Operations and Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Trade Operations and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our post-trade environment, you will be responsible for building tools and systems that support critical control functions across risk, finance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for internal and external data
  • Aggregate, reconcile, and analyse trading data from multiple sources
  • Calculate and explain P&L and various risk metrics across a range of trading strategies
  • Maintain high test coverage and enforce software quality through automation

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Advanced skill and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
  • Knowledge of market risk and how it's quantified
  • A data-focused mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity and passion for learning new tools and techniques
