**Fire Monitoring Specialist Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Fire Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining fire monitoring equipment and associated systems.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in fire protection systems and excellent technical skills. They will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise reports and updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain fire monitoring equipment and associated systems.
  • Adhere to specialist requirements as instructed.
  • Provide service reports and photos documenting work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers upon arrival and before departure from work sites.
  • Engage in continuous self-study to uphold technical proficiency in company product lines.
  • Notify Service Coordinator of any problems or changes encountered.
  • Maintain compliance with Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS) standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Fire Protection systems.
  • Excellent written/report writing and verbal communications skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • An electrical trade qualification and understanding of electrical drawings.
  • A current Motor Vehicle Driver's license.
  • A Current Cabling license.
  • Residency in Sydney, AU or agreement to relocate to Sydney, AU.
  • A Working with Children Check.
  • A Current Police check.
