Key Role: Strengthening Business Resilience

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to the strengthening of our business resilience by designing and implementing effective strategies, frameworks, and capabilities across critical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen S&P resilience posture through strategic contributions and execution.
  • Map critical business services, assess their impact, and identify key processes, systems, data, and external dependencies.
  • Define and assess potential failure scenarios using structured methodologies to inform the design and testing of recovery and continuity plans.
  • Design and coordinate external market testing exercises across the ecosystem, including customers, third-party providers, and internal systems.
  • Develop and implement S&P and Business Unit resilience architecture, including objectives, key results, metrics, ownership, and dashboards to support governance and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Business domain expertise in post-trade equities infrastructure, including trade, clearing, settlement, and subregister functions.
  • Ability to map critical business services to processes, systems, and dependencies.
  • Proficiency in structured methodologies to assess failure modes, risk management, and playbooks.
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity & Recovery Planning principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing operating models with clear accountabilities, metrics, and governance structures.
  • Skills in designing and implementing dashboards and reporting tools to support governance and reporting.
