About the Role

The High Speed Rail Authority is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and delivering strategic workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices and legislative requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies and vendors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound knowledge of Commonwealth government recruitment and talent management practices
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A degree in HR, Business, WHS, or a related field
