Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you a driven and highly professional Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small but dynamic team at the High Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

About the Role:

  • Oversee recruitment operations and ensure that practices meet legislative requirements.
  • Develop and implement holistic and strategic workforce solutions.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt, accurate, and timely advice and services.
  • Support the growing office and help build and strengthen organisational capability through recruitment, onboarding, training, and induction of new staff.

About Us:

The HSRA is a newly established independent Australian Government Corporate Commonwealth entity responsible for overseeing the development of a high-speed rail network along the east coast of Australia. This is a high-profile, nationally significant project for Australia and is overseen by an independent Board.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR, Business, WHS, Workplace/Industrial Relations or equivalent.
  • Sound Commonwealth government recruitment and talent management experience or transferable skills.
  • Ability to work well with others, have a willingness to learn, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance at the Baseline Vetting Level.
