Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you a driven and highly professional Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our small but dynamic team at the High Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of recruitment operations to ensure practices meet legislative requirements and deliver holistic and strategic workforce solutions.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt, accurate, and timely advice and services.
  • Supporting the growing office and helping to build and strengthen organisational capability through recruitment, onboarding, training, and induction of new staff.
  • Implementing recruitment strategies, refining and continuously improving onboarding and off-boarding processes and procedures, and owning the whole life cycle recruitment process.

About You:

  • Able to work well with others, have a willingness to learn, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound Commonwealth government recruitment and talent management experience or transferable skills.
  • Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment and experience in a regional or multi-location role.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics to make data-informed decisions.
