About the Role

The High Speed Rail Authority is seeking a highly professional and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join their small but dynamic team. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will oversee recruitment operations, ensuring practices meet legislative requirements and deliver holistic and strategic workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Refine and continuously improve onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and timely advice and services to the Authority's leadership and management teams

Requirements

  • Sound Commonwealth government recruitment and talent management experience or transferable skills
  • Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment and experience in a regional or multi-location role
  • Ability to work well with others, have a willingness to learn, and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relations and trust is crucial
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics to make data-informed decisions
  • Experience or the desire to leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment effort
