Job Title: Manager Talent Acquisition, Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Hudson Australia. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, ensuring that practices meet legislative requirements, and delivering holistic and strategic workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and timely advice and services to leadership and management teams
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and trust
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Sound Commonwealth government recruitment and talent management experience or transferable skills
  • Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment and experience in a regional or multi-location role
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics
  • Experience or desire to leverage existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts
