Theatre Recovery Ward Team Leader Role

We are seeking exceptional leaders to join our Theatre Recovery Ward team as Team Leaders.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of theatre operations, leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants, and supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the theatre recovery ward team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a management role.
