Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and execute our company's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across various sectors.

This strategic role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and manages a small internal team and external agency partners. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals and grounded in data, creativity, and market insight.

We offer deep technical expertise across a range of services, including trusted private and public cloud solutions, end-user services, and business optimisation.

  • Lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy aligned with GTM priorities.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner marketing.
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and executive communications.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and website optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to refine positioning and enablement assets.
  • Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets to ensure ROI and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, campaign analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing teams, agency partners, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and insights-driven, with a passion for data-informed decision-making.
