Operational Excellence Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operations team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of client-connected facilities.
- Provide guidance to facility managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
- Manage contractor relationships, validate performance indicators, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to senior management.
- Ensure effective risk management, incident response, and tenant/client/customer issue resolution.
- Collaborate with operations management to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
- Uphold values of honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of building management systems and critical operations.
