Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

Description:

Koch Fertiliser Australia is one of the leading fertiliser companies in the country, with a strong presence on the East Coast. As part of our strategic growth ambitions, we are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational storage and dispatch capacity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture. They will also lead innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and knowledge to lead complex operations in the fertiliser industry. Key qualifications include:

  • Strategic thinker capable of shaping operational strategy
