Operational Excellence Manager

This leadership role is designed to drive operational excellence and alignment with strategic objectives. You will oversee the Service and Production teams to promote collaboration, improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a diverse team to promote accountability and company values
- Manage daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals
- Maintain safety and compliance by managing hazards and equipment standards
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving
- Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Industrial Technology, or Leadership and Management
- Proven experience managing service and/or production teams in industrial equipment or related industries
- Demonstrated ability in implementing and sustaining LEAN or similar continuous improvement frameworks
