As a Business Development Expert, you will play a pivotal role in strategically identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, cultivating relationships, and delivering quality solutions to our valued customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience in sales or business development from related industries. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding customer engagement and relationship development skills, and self-motivation with excellent time management skills.

This position requires the ability to travel and work closely with the service team to ensure customers' expectations are met. The ideal candidate will also be able to drive sales targets in line with business objectives using marketing tools to secure new business and interest.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our company's goals
  • Monitor the market, identifying and pursuing business opportunities
  • Pursue direct sales leads
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partnerships and develop new relationships with prospective clientele
  • Present quotations and proposals to new and existing clients
  • Contribute to key strategies to win tenders and expressions of interest
  • Work with the service team to ensure customers' expectations are met
  • Drive sales targets in line with business objectives
  • Use marketing tools to secure new business and interest
