Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting high-assurance software solutions, particularly those related to Linux system administration, network topologies, and virtual network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Linux systems, networks, and virtualization technologies, including VMware. They should also have experience in managing networking products, firewalls, load balancers, and security products.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust long-term solutions, analyze and report risks, and assist in the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and documentation for delivery, support, and monitoring of DevOps / DevSecOps and ICT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and support high-assurance software solutions, focusing on Linux system administration, network topologies, and virtual network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust long-term solutions, ensuring the highest level of system availability and security.
- Analyze and report risks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in the development and improvement of policies, procedures, and documentation for delivery, support, and monitoring of DevOps / DevSecOps and ICT environments.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networks, and virtualization technologies, including VMware.
- Experience in managing networking products, firewalls, load balancers, and security products.
- Knowledge of virtual network infrastructure, including firewalls, load balancers, and gateways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Linux management (RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Satellite, and Foreman).
- Experience with VMware TKG, Rancher, Ubuntu, Dell OS10, Kubernetes CNI, Istio.
- Knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Operating system and application patch management.
- Cyber security toolsets (detect, record, monitor, analyze).
