University of New South Wales is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security IAM Subject Matter Expert to support the delivery of its Cyber Security Enablement Program.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of New South Wales and contribute to the development of robust and efficient access controls across the organization. As a Cyber Security IAM Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and standards that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the technical implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support on IAM-related issues to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in shaping and driving the security design and deployment of major cyber security transformation programs.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including strategy and roadmap definition, IAM governance principles, and IAM policies and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle high-demand situations with management and key stakeholders.
