Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cyber Security Solutions Architect to lead our team of expert cyber security engineers in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an engineering leader with a history of driving complex changes in an Enterprise environment. As a Chapter Lead, you will report to the Cyber Engineering Chapter Area Lead and be responsible for leading a team of expert cyber security engineers while supporting and guiding internal and external stakeholders.

Your work will involve the delivery of complex security initiatives across the group's platforms and systems. You will be hands on, working closely with your team and stakeholders to drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices in your Crew and across Group Security.

You will offer mentorship and technical guidance on a variety of security projects across a complex and large-scale cyber security landscape. We will rely on your expertise to improve the platforms, processes, and tools.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in leading solution design efforts for complex cybersecurity systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in crafting detailed designs, defining reusable patterns, and conducting PoCs to validate new approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, including secure CI/CD pipelines, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability management, application security, and secure coding practices.
