As a key support professional in our residential construction operations, you will be responsible for assisting various teams with day-to-day administrative duties.

The Role

This role entails managing documentation, including contracts, client files, and reports. You will also assist with setting up job files and entering data into construction software.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all documents related to projects and clients.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, calendars, and office supplies.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors as required to ensure seamless project execution.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in an administration role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.

They should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
