Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating on-site activities to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe delivery of multi-residential projects.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential construction from site establishment to handover, ensuring that projects run smoothly and meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of multi-residential projects, including site preparation, construction, and handover.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site resources for efficient workflows.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality benchmarks. Monitor site safety, compliance, and risk management according to company and legal standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with project management teams to align with construction programs and milestones. Conduct site inspections to ensure works meet design and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in residential construction (volume and multi-residential).
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing sites for multi-residential or townhouse builds.
  • Technical Knowledge: Trade background with solid technical knowledge of construction methods.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Onsite Companion software.
  • Licenses and Certifications: QBCC Site Supervisor License is essential.
