Site Manager Job Opportunity

This is a key role within an expanding residential construction team, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential construction from site establishment to handover. As a Site Manager, you will lead and coordinate on-site activities to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of managing sites for multi-residential or townhouse builds. You will also need to possess a trade background, solid technical knowledge of construction methods, and strong communication and leadership skills. Additionally, proficiency in Onsite Companion software and a QBCC Site Supervisor License are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential construction from site establishment to handover.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site resources to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Ensure projects run to schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
  • Liaise with the Project Management team to align with construction programs and milestones.
  • Monitor site safety, compliance, and risk management in line with company and legal standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all works meet design and regulatory requirements.
