Job Title: Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will be responsible for integral daily management of large-scale solar plants ensuring best practice for safety, quality, and environmental performance.

This includes managing a portfolio of up to 5 sites with a capacity of approximately 1000MW, maximizing total return for each asset, and establishing collaborative relationships with EPC & O&M contractors.

The successful candidate will also support process optimization for Asset Management operations, streamlining and aligning with global processes to allow scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Management organization, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes.
  • Review and manage all SPVs contracts for obligations and other contractual parties, including insurance.
  • Analyze site performance and identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Regularly review site performance on monitoring platforms and monitor and control all financial budgets.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of operational and financial KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the solar market, and technical knowledge of large-scale solar and battery assets.

They will also possess strong process orientation and technical IT skills supporting automation, proficiency in SAP financial systems, and excellent problem-solving and proactive attitude.

The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing main contractors, managing contractual processes, and maintaining good relations with all contractual parties.

They will also assist the Energy Sales team with revenue collection from FIT/ROC and market electricity, and facilitate onboarding from project to operational management.
