About the Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to manage solar asset plants.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the operation of PV installations, ensuring failure-free performance and minimizing unplanned downtime.

A key responsibility of this role is to review plant equipment and systems continuously, anticipating and resolving problems in a timely manner. This involves collaborating with maintenance teams to maximize overall efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the reliable operation of all assigned PV installations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of plant equipment and systems to prevent unforeseen downtime and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
  • Implement dispatch obligations in line with contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in photovoltaic (PV) and renewable energy power plants.
  • Proven ability to implement best practice operations and maintenance methodologies.
  • Experience communicating effectively with network service providers and AEMO.
