**Job Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our service delivery team in a maternity leave secondment role.

This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery and profitability of Workforce Australia contracts within designated employment service areas.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring team key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure team KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Establish clear direction for effective operations, set objectives and priorities, promote teamwork and innovative solutions.
  • Develop team capacity through leadership, supervision, coaching/mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn.
  • Be accountable and transparent to the Regional Manager regarding business risk, governance, contractual and financial performance.
  • Liaise with local community providers to build relationships and represent the organization at public forums and committees as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High level of leadership and strategic initiative to manage a high-performing team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Services industry, including contractual obligations, guidelines, management and performance systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and/or multiple sites in an Employment Services business.
  • Proven team management skills, including staff recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Relevant commercial acumen.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Australian Driver's License.
  • A Diploma of Frontline Management is preferred but not essential, as is a demonstrated aptitude for cultural competency skills.
