We are seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to spearhead our Allied Health services and programs. As a key member of our executive team, you will contribute to the achievement of performance objectives through strategic and operational plans, policy, and service improvement strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Leverage your expertise in leading cross-functional teams to drive excellence in healthcare delivery
- Develop and implement innovative regional service models, patient flow pathways, and teaching, training, and research initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Allied Health services and be able to lead strategic planning and implementation. They will work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery.
Requirements- Holding a valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent residency is mandatory
- Eligibility for appointment as per WA Health policies is required
Candidates must also undergo criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process.
