About the Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our organisation, providing strategic guidance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior executive leadership within the human services or not-for-profit sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, delivering high-quality services, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with government partners, community groups, and other stakeholders to achieve our organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organisational growth and success
  • Liaise with government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and secure funding
  • Oversee the development and delivery of programs and services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Mentor and develop a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality services
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record in senior executive leadership within the human services or not-for-profit sector
  • Strong strategic planning and business development capability
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and contract oversight
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with government, community, and sector partners
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate, mentor, and empower teams
